The Grand Teton Soaring Club (GTSC) was formed in the spring of 2003 as a non-profit organization to promote soaring, advance the knowledge of the sport,  and to provide its members with soaring oportunities at minimum cost.  GTSC is governed by a board of directors elected from the membership.  Application for membership in GTSC can be made at any time.
GTSC is a member of the Soaring Society of America (SSA).

GTSC is based in Driggs, Idaho, which lies between the Teton and Big Hole mountain ranges. Currently, club members buy tows from the local FBO.

The club fleet consists of a Genesis 2 on lease, and a Slingsby Dart 17m which is currently grounded.  The CAP Idaho wing has a Blanik L23 stationed in Driggs.  Most club members are in CAP and fly the Blanik.
